1. The rate of change in the birth rates for Orthodox countries is a guess.
2. Life expectancy determines the value of births/1000 at a stable age distribution.
3. The change in death rate is fixed at (h26-d26)/244 to match the modelout file but add flexibility.

      and get the GDP/capita up without significant increases in energy consumption.
