9. Analytical summary:
     GDP = Gross Domestic Product = A nation's total domestic output of goods and services in US dollars.
     Energy Efficiency of GDP = (GDP in $Billions)/(Energy used in Quadrillion Btu);
       or: GDP in $US = (Energy used in Quadrillion Btu)x(Energy efficiency of GDP in $Billions of GDP per Quad used).
     Thus, GDP/capita = GDP/Population = (Quad Btu Used)x($Billion in GDP generated/Quad)/Population in billions.
     Our problem is to balance energy use and population to give a high GDP/capita and acceptable global warming.
