Question: How fast is $GDP/Quad used increasing?
Conclusions:
1. Energy used in the US increased about 1.2% per year from 1994 to 2004.
2. The US efficiency in 2004 was increasing at 100(1.7842/87.49) = 2.04% per year.
3. The World efficiency in 2004 may be increasing at 100(0.6408/71.26) = 0.90% per year.
4. The developed countries need to help the others build more efficient plants.
